I am in-network with Highmark (not Personal Choice or Independence plans), Tricare, Aetna, Quest, and Medicare.
If I do not accept your insurance, you may be able to utilize an out-of-network benefit. Please check with your insurance carrier for information on benefits and eligibility.
If you choose to use commercial insurance to help pay for sessions, your responsibility will usually be your specialist copay. You will need to check with your insurance company for specifics of your plan. Be sure to inquire about whether I am considered an in-network provider, specific coverage for behavioral health/mental health coverage, and whether you have a deductible (what you pay before insurance will provide reimbursement) that needs to be met. Ask for specifics about whether you are responsible for a co-pay or coinsurance (a percentage of my reimbursed fee).

50-minute session - $170
College student rate - $120
Payment:
Multiple payment options are available. I accept cash, check, credit cards, and HSA/FSA. I will furnish statements at your request for out-of-network reimbursement.
